Niko Ana Jeanne has spent more than thirty years in healing and transformation work. For years she suffered from severe, debilitating panic attacks. She tried therapy, medication, yoga, meditation, diets; nothing helped, until she found EFT tapping and resolved them herself. That experience became her method, the method became her coaching practice, and the practice became Heartshine Revolution, the company she runs with her wife and partner Tracie: a signature program, a certification track, a paid community, and an Amazon bestselling book, Healing the Inner Child with EFT Tapping.
A bunch of different hats
All of it ran through her. The onboarding, the member questions, the marketing, the content, pointing every person in the right direction. “Sometimes you’re wearing a bunch of different hats,” she says. “That really takes a lot of capacity, a lot of brain capacity.” What she wanted instead, she could already say precisely: “I wanted to make a version of myself that could help people while I wasn’t there.”
Her members felt the same limit from their side. Live calls happen twice a month, so a member with an urgent question waits. Her paid community alone holds hundreds of hours of video, and members kept telling her they were overwhelmed by how much content there was. Niko knows that feeling herself, as a member of other experts’ programs. “There’s like a hundred lessons in here,” she says. “But what if I have one question I just need answered right now?” On her own calls she watched the mirror image: she would know a masterclass existed on exactly the member’s question and not remember where it was. “They’re probably not gonna go look for that.”
There’s like a hundred lessons in here. But what if I have one question I just need answered right now?

That is not what I would say
So she went after a solution herself. She trained a ChatGPT project until it could write emails in her voice. She took a course on AI in business. And she built an AI twin on Delphi, a self-serve platform: no guidance, just her randomly uploading videos and audio while a progress percentage asked for more hours of content, and then for a paid tier. The answers came out no better than ChatGPT’s. The real verdict landed when she watched other people using theirs. “I saw the questions they were asking and I saw the answers. I was like, no, no, no, no, no. That is not what I would say.”
The twin never launched. What she was left with was a conclusion: “I knew I would need an expert. I was actually wishing for that. I was wondering, I don’t even know where you find someone like that.”
Not just about the book
Then Resmind reached out about building an AI companion for her book. Halfway through the first call, neither side was sure the timing was right for the book alone. Then Niko said what was really going on: the masterclass, the signature program, the community, the whole business running through her. “It led us to talk about it not being just about the book,” she says. “There could be a companion for the other parts of my body of work.”
Asked where she would point it first if she had to choose between her book readers and her community, she didn’t hesitate. “I would definitely prioritize my current community. They’ve already trusted me and invested in themselves, and they invested in their healing.” A companion there would amplify far more than a book’s worth of content. And one detail sealed it: every answer cites its source in her material, and for video that means the exact minute where she teaches the thing. A member with one question doesn’t scroll through hours of recordings; the answer arrives with the video opening in the chat at the right moment. “I was like, what?” she says. “Okay, now you really have my attention.”

Okay, now you really have my attention.

What if it breaks?
It still wasn’t a fast yes. Niko and Tracie decide together, and their doubt was concrete. “We build this and then, what if it breaks? Are you gonna be there to support us after it’s put in place? That was the big thing for us.” The second call answered it. “It’s a no-brainer as far as what it can do for the business,” she says. “You showed us exactly what it was gonna look like, every stage and two years out. Then we’re like, okay, yeah. It made a lot of sense.”
She was in. “I don’t want to get left behind. I’m crazy not to do it.” In an email before that call, she had already named what this was for her: a dream come true. And part of what won her was understanding itself: “How could I know that it was possible until you educated me on that?”
Try to break it
The build started with the book, one resource first, on purpose. The book is not a how-to; it is personal, deep inner healing, and she has lived it and watched her clients live it. “It won’t do anything if you don’t apply it,” she says. “To be able to speak to the book, maybe it would help people start applying it, because it’s interactive.”
And the build started with sabotage. Resmind handed her the first version of her 247You companion with one instruction: try to break it. “And I did. I tried really hard to break it.” At first it was a thrill, watching it answer: “I was like, my god, this is amazing.” Then it got strange. It picked up Dear One from the book’s tapping scripts and started calling her that, and when she typed that she was sad and could not stop crying, it offered to take her deeper into childhood memories, the way a therapist would. “I freaked out a little. There’s no way I would want anyone reading my book to have that experience.” Her colleagues and team members tested it with her and hit the same edges. Every failure became a guardrail; the same questions, retested round after round. The second round was “like eighty percent better.”
The third round, in her words: “It was perfect.”
I tried really hard to break it.

The real proof came from her oldest worry: readers using the book’s method on their own clients, untrained. She tested exactly that, and the first version failed it. The finished one answers the way Niko would, that this is for personal healing, and that working with clients takes real training. Weeks after launch, an actual reader asked the same question. It held. “I know my audience,” she says. “I knew that someone was going to do that.”
It’s so real

The companion is live for her readers now, through a link and a QR code printed into the book’s new edition, on its way to a much wider audience. On her side there is a dashboard. “It’s so real. I can see these people that are buying my book, what is it they’re struggling with. It made me feel so excited for the future.” Word is coming back to her too, like the message that said: wow, I’m really impressed with what you’re doing. And something she did not expect changed: “I felt more motivated now, and I didn’t realize there was a lack of motivation before.”
It made me feel so excited for the future.

It flipped
The second milestone reshaped itself in one conversation. “It flipped. It flipped over,” she says. The plan had been to put the AI on top of her masterclass, the free one-hour class that leads into her signature program. Digging into what it would actually answer turned the logic around: someone who has watched the full hour doesn’t need answers after it; people need their questions answered before they give a stranger an hour. So what is being built now is an interactive quiz at the entry of the funnel she already has, leading people into the masterclass. She had always found website quizzes static, a score sent by email. The first version caught her off guard: midway through, a quiz taker who is unsure what a question means can simply ask the quiz itself, and it explains. “Sometimes you don’t fully understand a question. You’re like, I don’t get this. Can you help me answer this question? I thought that was surprising. I didn’t know it was gonna do that. That’s very different than a regular quiz.”
Beyond that, the build moves to the part she named first: her paid community.

I can’t imagine not doing this with the next book.

What has already changed
This is a founding build in its early months, and this story deliberately contains no numbers. The measured numbers are what the rest of the founding build exists to produce. What has already changed is direction. Without it, she says, “I’d just still be probably spinning my wheels on my learning curve.” Today, Niko is planning her next books around a system that didn’t exist in her world a year ago. “I can’t wait to write the next book. I can’t imagine not doing this with the next book.” The last word is hers, to her fellow coaches and authors: “If you think of yourself as a steward of a body of work, it elevates you into a leadership role. If you don’t jump on this, you’re gonna be behind. Just get on the wave.”
